
My online weight management course is a monthly, group nutrition coaching program. Supported by the Just Coach app, the course will help you develop positive habits towards leading a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are looking to lose weight or maintain the weight you have previously lost, this course differs from diets or weight loss plans you may be more familiar with.
The goal of this course is to educate you and to help you better understand the complex world of health, fitness and nutrition. I will be giving you all the tools you need to succeed, to create positive healthy lifestyle changes rather than hooking you onto short term quick fixes.
The courses are run over the calendar month with registration closing by the day before the first online group meeting. Once a week all members will be encouraged to attend a live zoom meeting, which will act as a Q&A and also give us time to discuss results and share our experiences, good or not so good, with the group. It will be here where successful strategies, healthy recipes and positive vibes will be shared, giving everyone a sense of belonging within a community, of like-minded people, supporting each other towards their individual goals. Each meeting will then be concluded with the chance to join in with some low-moderate impact, high intensity exercise.
