My Online Workouts offer you 4 LIVE HIIT workouts a week plus access to On Demand HIIT workouts, stretching sessions and other types of workout. You also get access to a private Facebook Group. Each HIIT Workout has low and high impact versions of each exercise so the Workouts are suitable for all levels of ability and for people of varying ages.

.. a personal trainer, nutrition coach and sports therapist. 

Personal Training: I offer one-to-one personal training, group workouts and boot camps, both face-to-face and online.

Nutrition:  I offer nutritional coaching with a Weight Management Program – run online for groups or in person on a one-to-one basis.   I also run The Healthy Grub Club – a subscription to monthly, healthy meal plans.

Sports Therapy: I offer rehabilitation and injury prevention and I can provide sports massage at Beauty Be Mine @ The River Club, Worcester Park

The free online home HIIT workouts have been great. I have really enjoyed them and also really felt the days after. I love that there are 3 different levels for each exercise as this allowed me to maximise the 40 seconds without stopping as I could just go down a level if I was struggling.
