My Online Workouts offer you 4 LIVE HIIT workouts a week plus access to On Demand HIIT workouts, stretching sessions and other types of workout. You also get access to a private Facebook Group. Each HIIT Workout has low and high impact versions of each exercise so the Workouts are suitable for all levels of ability and for people of varying ages.

Weight Management
My online weight management course is a monthly, group nutrition coaching program. The course will help you develop positive habits towards leading a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are looking to lose weight or maintain the weight you have previously lost, this course differs from diets or weight loss plans you may be more familiar with.

Personal Training
Personal training is available either online or face-to-face, in group sessions or one-to-one.
Face-to-face sessions take place on Worcester Park, Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Healthy Eating
The Healthy Grub Club provides 15 exciting new, calorie controlled, healthy, tasty recipes every month. A handy shopping list is created for you including all the ingredients you need for that month’s recipes and a handy key in the index letting you know if the recipe is vegetarian or gluten friendly, quick and easy to make, lighter option, etc.
